35. A Man Full of Kindness
The King of Ming enjoyed treated people as his equal. Over the years, the restaurant’s staff had seen him dine with his driver just like he did with prominent people. Whenever he was by himself, he would call the restaurant’s workers who were on a break to come and join him for supper.
Ellsworth loved meeting new people and getting to know them. He liked entreating them with his stories about his travels and collections. The King of Ming did it with such an enthusiasm that anybody who was listening understood his passion for art. No for a single moment did he sound like a wealthy businessman.
