GENA ROWLANDS – 88
Actress Gena Rowlands has been a part of the entertainment business for over 60 years. She’s collaborated with her husband actor/director John Cassavetes in ten films. Rowlands is also the winner of two Golden Globes and four Emmy Awards. Her performances and contributions earned her an Honorary Academy Award in 2015. The Los Angeles Film Critics Association also presented her with a lifetime achievement award in 2015.
Rowlands’ most recent film role was in the 2014 movie Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks. Unfortunately, she lost her husband in 1989 and didn’t remarry for nearly two decades. In 2012, she finally had another wedding; marrying her beau, retired businessman Robert Forrest.
